This three day Festival brings Martial Artists of different styles together in order to share our knowledge, techniques and philosophies. Begin with the Party: Do you know that the Great Horned Owl weighs only 3 pounds?! Party activities include family lessons on owls and owl pellet dissections. Learn about these amazing nocturnal predators, their habitats, behaviors, and language. Continue to the Prowl: Hike with us deep into the forest to call down our resident barred and barn owls. This is a great opportunity to have a safe and exciting night hike in the forest and to learn how to speak owl. Recommended ages: Ages 8 and up (must have ability to stand still and be super quiet!). Otherwise, this walk is suitable for anyone able to stay awake until 9 or 9:30PM and hike 2 miles! All are welcome, but no pets or small children, please. General Admission (all ages): $5.00 Groups of ten or more please contact us for a private program.
